Why does your free trial last so long?
Some companies let you try things for just a few days before they start charging your credit card. That’s not how we operate. What good is a week, anyway? If you’re really going to get the Time Clock Hub experience, you need to schedule, punch time, and process payroll. It’s hard to do all of that in seven days.
One more thing about our free trial: you never have to use a credit card to get it. We know how good our program is. It’s the best on the market. We don’t have to trick you to pay for it. It’s so good that you’ll want to!
What happens when the trial finally ends?
When the end of your free trial gets close, we’ll let you know so that you can plan accordingly. After 30 days, you’ll be able to select one of our four plan options:
- Free – Our basic, free plan for businesses with ultra-small staffs
- Starter – A simplistic plan that can handle unlimited users
- Premium – The plan with advanced reports, good for 50 users or less
- Corporate – Our biggest all-inclusive plan, with all the bells and whistles
If you choose a premium plan, we’ll collect your credit card information. If you decide you want to explore other time tracking options, that’s okay. We’re sure you’ll be back. That’s why we’ll hold onto your records until you return (for up to six years)!
How much time does it take to install Time Clock Hub?
Download and Install? Never! That's because our software is a web platform, and it can be accessed from any device that has an internet connection. Wherever there’s internet, you and your employees can clock in, clock out, and access useful reports.
Is Time Clock Hub's web-based platform safe? Can I trust it with my employees’ personal information?
Yes, Data security is one of our highest priorities. We use a protective technology called the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for electronic data encryption. This helps keep all of your information protected. We also defend against data loss by performing backups of all your records. You can feel totally safe using Time Clock Hub, whether online or on your mobile app.
