WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE STARTER PLAN?
The Starter Plan includes Time Tracking, Daily Time Sheets, 7 Days a Week Customer Service, Live Chat, Email support, Phone support, SSL Encryption, Data Back-ups and Data Security.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PREMIUM PLAN?
The Premium Plan includes all Features; GPS Locator, Clock guard Notifications, QuickBooks Payroll Integration, Full Custom Reporting, Paid Time Off Tracking, Task Tracker, Punch-In-Photo-Capture, Expense Tracking, Mobile Apps, Assignment Tracking, Employee Scheduler Maker, Time Sheet Reports, Time Tracking, Manual Entries, and Location Tracker. 7 Days a Week Customer Service, Live Chat, Email support, Phone support, SSL Encryption, 3 years of Data Back-ups and Data Security. Future Payroll Integrations Coming Soon. This plan also includes all and any future additional features we add to make our software even more robust.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FREE PLAN?
The Free plan includes Time Tracking and Email Support. Live chat, Phone support, and Fast Dedicated Hosting, is not included in the Free Plan. Your information is secure and your data is backed up for up to 60 days. (Starter and Premium plans have a data back-up for up to 3 years).
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE FREE PLAN?
The Free Plan is for businesses that have 3 or less employees that only require our starter plan features.
HOW MUCH DOES THE PREMIUM PLAN COST?
The premium plan costs $25 a month + $3 monthly per employee. If you select to pay on an annual basis, then reduced pricing is $20 a month + $2 monthly per employee.
WHAT ABOUT EMPLOYEES THAT I HAVE THAT ARE SEASONAL OR HAVE JUST BEEN TERMINATED?
You will be able to easily mark any amount of employee’s as IN-ACTIVE. This will remove the $2 monthly fee for each employee for the upcoming month(s).
CAN I CHOOSE TO UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY PLAN?
Yes, at any time.
DO I HAVE TO INSTALL ANY SOFTWARE ON MY COMPUTER TO USE YOUR SOFTWARE?
There is never any software to download on your computer. Our software is a web based platform, and it can be accessed from any device that has an internet connection.

Yes, Our mobile app is include in the premium plan. The app will work on iOS or Android mobile devices and can be installed from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
IS TIME CLOCK HUB’S WEB-BASED PLATFORM SAFE, AND CAN I TRUST IT WITH MY EMPLOYEES’ PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Yes, Data security is one of our highest priorities. We use a protective technology called the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for electronic data encryption. This helps keep all of your information protected. We also defend against data loss by performing daily real-time backups of all your records. You can feel totally safe using Time Clock Hub, whether online or on your mobile app.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY 30-DAY TRIAL ENDS?
When the end of your free trial gets close, we’ll let you know so that you can plan accordingly. After 30 days, you’ll be able to select one of our three plan option’s: Free, Starter, or Premium. If you choose a paid plan, then we’ll collect your credit card information. If you decide you want to explore other time tracking options, that’s okay. We’re sure you’ll be back. That’s why we’ll hold onto your records until you return (for up to one year)!
